Donât complain about paying people a fucking living wage when its your job to fucking train them, You dip shit.
Itâs âcooksâ like yourself that make the industry unbearable for people to break into.Â
KaneVel
Dude, don’t come in the relish
EmergencyLavishness1
Well, Iâve seen a few relishes in my time. And uhhhhh gotta say, this donât look like any of them
InfamousDifference54
Getting paid barely a livable wage isnât a crime. Seems like she just needs better training.
Character_Seaweed_99

Update: Yes the woman who did this prep work will be in later today and will be coached on it. I was off yesterday so someone in the management chain overlooked it. Just took a couple of minutes to redo. I think about green onions a lot since starting to browse this sub lmao

Did she use a Slap Chop?

I mean we start inexperienced dishwashers at 18/hr where I work, so the pay doesnât give any clues. Whatâs her experience level?
Fickle-Molasses-903
Op, $19 an hr isn’t a lot. Here’s a thought: train her accordingly, and you’ll spend less time posting on Reddit and less time overseeing leadership’s incompetence.

Does your place own a processor? The knife skills are bad, so…

Show this to the guy thay chops the cup of green onions or whatever it is
anal_bandit69
Please hide it from the chives cutting guy, he will get depressed seeing this.
Ravenchef
Nice! I came into my sock this morning.
Lizard_Wizards1
Ok so like, obviously that doesnât look great.
But $19 an hour is not a lot, kinda shitty to act like sheâs making crazy money.
Itâs not a big deal, just coach and help her improve. Kindness and patience helps a lot more than shaming someone online
thomasshelbly
Getting paid more than me and i run a whole kitchen myself lmao
OceLawless
Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

Y’all should praise this just to make daily chives chef’s head explode.
